Club Formation Guidelines
Our institution encourages students to form clubs that promote creativity, leadership, and collaboration. The following guidelines must be followed to establish a new student club on campus.
Steps to Start a Club
- 🔹 Identify a unique purpose or theme for the club.
- 🔹 Form a founding group with at least 5 student members.
- 🔹 Appoint a faculty advisor who agrees to supervise club activities.
- 🔹 Draft a constitution outlining the club’s objectives, membership criteria, and governance structure.
- 🔹 Submit the club proposal to the Student Activities Office for approval.
- 🔹 Await official recognition before conducting meetings or events.
Club Responsibilities
- ✅ Organize at least one event or meeting per month.
- ✅ Maintain proper attendance and activity records.
- ✅ Submit a semester-end report summarizing activities and achievements.
- ✅ Ensure inclusivity and non-discrimination in membership and events.
